Ember & Wolf
Ember escaped the Wolf of Sophir a long time ago - or so she believed.
This is my first game after I thought I would have to quit game dev. Current news on that here.
Other Games, Same Story World
... and a few other games set in the same fantasy story-world.
- Winter's Trumpet (Prequel to Asher)
- Asher (Good introduction to the story world)
- Goblet of Mercy (Also free, another good introduction to the story world)
- The Last of the Lords of Ice (Free gothic romance visual novel, character mentioned in this story)
- Tell a Demon (Less than the cost of a paperback but with pictures.)
- The Empress of Aeser (Upcoming - Act I is now free to play. Sequel to Asher.)
- Drown the Bride (Adventure visual novel)

Love the colors and the GUI in this game, Striking and delicate, with such simple colors.
I loved the riddle, it gives you so many possibilties! The ending felt like a sigh of relief, didn't realise I was getting so sucked in and tense from the story, that's great storytelling right there!
Amazing entry!!
This is beautiful. I love how it managed to capture this feeling of mystery and unease with so little words. The art was also incredible.
I truly enjoyed this entry! The presentation (music, art, UI) was gorgeous, and the writing was captivating. I have never experienced sleep paralysis, but I appreciated the very unique setting it was offering, and the connection of it to control was interesting. The ending somehow made things even more eerie, as it connects the sleep paralysis to what seems to be a very real event.
Thank you for making this game, I appreciated it!
I love the art. I had a totally different idea coming into this. (
I thought we were gonna pet it) Love it!Thank you!
I'm glad it was a surprise. ;)
This is absolutely lovely (if dark), and such a good surprise too! Always great to play a new game taking place in that world.
I am always impressed by the fact your keep experimenting with so many artstyles by the way. The sprite in this is gorgeous.
Thank you so much! :-)
And thanks! Ink was one of my first mediums, so it's nice to revisit it and stay away from the computer for at least some game dev.
YESSSS YOU DIDNT GIVE UP MAKING GAMES 🥹🥹
Getting back into it slowly but surely! :-)
